Do i drive the boat?
No, the boat will be captained by a USCG licensed captain who will take care of you and your party so that you can sit back and enjoy your day on the water.

Do you i.d. the individuals in our party that are consuming alcohol?
Yes, so be sure everyone consuming alcohol has a valid id.

Are there any prohibited items?
Yes, prohibited items include any weapons including but not limited to guns and knives. the captain has sole discretion as to whether an item is prohibited or not.

Are illegal substances prohibited?
Yes, illegal substances of any kind are prohibited as well as prescription drugs without a prescription.

Who provides life jackets?
Lifejackets will be available for each person on the cruise. Children 8 and under are required to wear a life jacket at all times. We will have children’s life jackets onboard our boat. If you bring your own, which is suggested, it must be uscg approved.

How many can we bring with out party?
Only 6 passengers per cruise.

Where will we be picked up and dropped off?
We can pick up and drop off at your condo assuming there is sufficient dock space and it is safe. otherwise, we pick up and drop off at:

What ages are allowed as members of our party?
All ages are welcome for this unique experience of spending the day on the waters of orange beach. If you have children under the age of 8, they must wear a life jacket at all times.

32-38 MPH.

What are your cancellation policies?
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

What about inclement weather?
Rain alone is not problem. however, if there are high winds and/or lightening, that is at the captain’s discretion and he can cancel the trip and reschedule or refund.

Should i tip my captain?
Yes, if you enjoyed your cruise and had a great time, tip accordingly.

How long are the cruises?
4 hours and 8 hours.

What can we do while on the cruise?
Go to the islands, bars and restaurants. And just cruise around if that is what you want to do.

Can we play our own music?
Yes, the boat has bluetooth capabilities to connect to your phone for music.

What about food and drinks?
Yes, you can bring food and drinks. drinks and snacks are especially encouraged. However, we will make stops at whatever restaurants and bars you choose so you can enjoy the local food and drinks.

Is the boat equipped with a restroom?
No.

What about pets?
Pets are not allowed on the beaches of orange beach so they will therefore not be allowed on the cruise. If you need boarding for your pet, please reach out to us and we will help you find boarding.

What should i bring?
Anything you would typically take to the pool for the day. (towels, sun screen, drinks, etc.)

Do we bring beach chairs?
Yes, if you want them. the water is shallow around the islands and most people stand and wade instead of sitting in chairs.

Will the boat stay at our destinations while we eat, swim, visit, etc?
Yes, it is your cruise.

We have friends that want to meet up at the island or for lunch, is that possible?
Yes of course.

Are you flexible about where we go, what time and now long we stay?
Yes, it is your trip. As long as it is safe and reasonable as far as time and distance.

How long can we spend on the islands?
As long as your trip allows. it will take 30 minutes to return for drop off so we will leave 30 minutes before the end of the trip.

What if it rains on the day of our cruise?
